Okafor is an idiot, what a surprise. Gotta evaluate intelligence when drafting.

Okafur looks like an all star. His defense is much better than I thought. I said his ceiling would be Al Jefferson. Now that is his floor

Did you read that article in ESPN the mag about kg being a mentor? Great stuff. Is there still room on the bandwagon?

Okafor is a good kid... hopefully this doesn't spiral too much... he's obviously intoxicated...
Another product of being on a team that has no one to mentor him..

Meant the generals...but they might as well be hockey players against the warriors.

Jahlil Okafor was reportedly stopped by police in early November for driving 108 MPH over the Ben Franklin Bridge.
Anything over 40 MPH is considered reckless driving on that bridge, so this is obviously very alarming. It's been a rough month for the rookie to say the least, and it's becoming evident that his lack of maturity is a major concern. He's been involved with two nightclub altercations recently and even had a gun pointed at his head at on Oct. 4, so it will be interesting to see how the 76ers will handle all of this. They have said that they will handle the issue internally, but we'll pass along any additional details when we know more.

Re: The 2015-16 NBA Thread
Jahlil is not used to losing. The start to the season must be brutal to experience. Instead of working on his technique he is out fighting little guys. I'm sure he will figure it out, I'm not willing to put him in the Cousins category......yet

Jahlil beats (up a fan then hops in the whip severely faded and sets off the afterburners in a densely populated area) holla at me!

INCOMING HOT TAKE: what happens first, 6ers win or GSW lose?
Re: The 2015-16 NBA Thread
6ers gonna beat the knicks. Guaranteed.
I feel like the warriors could win all the way into 2016.

If GS could stay undefeated until xmas day, it would be a very good look for nba TV ratings wise.Blockhead wrote:6ers gonna beat the knicks. Guaranteed.

Re: The 2015-16 NBA Thread
It really looks like only injuries will stop GS from a 73-9 season, they are perfectly build for the regular season, they have 9 games vs SaS, OKC, Clev left on the schedule which are basically the only teams they aren't 8-10point favorites against.

Game they're not favored in is a trip to San Antonio next year.
