I was at the Pens Game on Tuesday night and there was 3 fights in 16 seconds. The whole 4th line was in the box for fighting.

^^Ohlund caught kessel in his first game back this year too with a nice hit.

Orr got rocked by Carkner the other night. Has a nice black eye now, and is wearing a visor because of it.

They both have big wins against each other this year. Can't wait for round 3.

Phaneuf will not be in Calgary very much longer. They have been taking offers for him since they picked up Bouwmeester. I can see them making a trade sometime this year.

Yeah he is overrated. I remember when we first got him, I was thrilled, especially with how he played in his rookie season but he's been a flop ever since then. The Flames were originally trying to trade him for Bouwmeester straight up at the deadline last year but it fell through at the last moment. Now that they have Bouwmeester, I can't see Phaneuf staying much longer. My wife's friend works PR for the Flames and says that most of the Flame players dislike Phaneuf because he's so arrogant and has a bad attitude.

Pretty nasty when you see guys convulsing/seizuring on the ice.
There's another headhunting junior clip from the OHL that has been making headlines, too.
Apparently the guy in the video is in stable condition now.
I remember (I believe it was last year) Kevin Westgarth beat a guy into a seizure in the AHL. It's pretty horrific to see.

Yeah Sutton got a 2 game suspension for that.

That check has been happening a lot this year. They need to start cracking down on the checking from behind calls. I have seen many players get fucked up this year from checks like that.

Yeah that was awful. Great that Pascal was even able to skate/walk after that. Sutton needs his ass beat.
