I can see why he wouldn't want to trade alexei ramirez. The guy has played like a top 5 fantasy SS so far.

Once Polanco gets called up, I'll be looking to move Beltran or Ortiz for a SP, preferably one that gets lots of K's. Would be open to discussing Polanco or Marte, as well but it would take a lot.
If anyone wants to start trade discussions hit me up.

i love putting so much value on prospects who haven't even had a full season let alone 1 AB in the majors yet. sure, give up a top 10 proven player for somebody like polanco. btw, marte is nothing more than aaron hicks with a little pop. what a horrible sophomore year he is having. is he even hitting .230 yet?

you'd be lucky if you could get Charlie Blackmon in return for him.

We talking about Starling Marte? 1 week slump? How about all season? .234 with an OPS of .305.

he was hitting .260 ten days ago. OPS doesn't mean shit in fantasy. He's still on pace for 12-40 like he did last year.

so you basically got two closers for cespedes. you can hype owings all you want but nick is your farm team. can we get a new owner in for that team?

I got the same offer for Springer, but I rejected it since this isn't gonna be my year. That's irrational on my part, but I don't care and Springer will hopefully remember he stole 45 bases last year and should keep running.

spoke to a few folks and actually he may have gotten the better deal. one of those closers may not even close in '15. the other is just overachieving with a fastball. i made this trade for this year. in fact. i don't mind losing cespedes its owings that bothered me more.

cano prolly has the least. i think its gotta be wright cuz he has a few more years than braun. if this is until the end of '14, it might be braun if he can stay healthy. playing at citifield is no fun.

surprised you look at this as an uneven trade. the uneven trade was ripweblo sending nick p charlie blackmon and cashner for manny machado in keeperstown.

Is this the league you took the recently DFA'd Tony Cingrani over Tanaka, or nah?
