man 2000 was a bad year cus a Ru was stuck right in the middle of LA during the damn Laker parade, this year might be worse as I'll be at my girls condo on beale and bryant st and i know i will see a bunch of giants fags around.

got back a little while ago, highlight of the parade was the guy dressed up as the Angels Rally Monkey, a ru had to save a nigga when they tried to throw beer at him

f'real, I rarely post in sport bar on phila, only reason I started was cause I wanted to hear the Phillies fans points of view during the NLCS.

Shit was retarded yesterday. Ridiculous that the city couldn't come up with anything resembling a significant sound system though. You got players and ownership giving speeches to half a million people packed into courtyard the size of two blocks, and no one more than 5 rows back from the stage could hear shit. But otherwise, it was pretty amazing. One of the bests parts for me was seeing Willie Mays there. I'm a Giants fan cuz my pops raised me as one, and Willie was his favorite player and the reason he was a fan as a kid, so seeing that brought it full circle.
