Re: NBA Finals Thread: San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat
Fuck the Heat. Anyone actually rooting for them or excited to witness LeBron's "greatness" can go fuck themselves. This is going to be nauseating. I actually have a little bit of hope that the Spurs can pull this out.
Faggot Ray Allen and Bird and Shane Battier and Wade and Bosh and UD + LeBron...so many hateable dudes. Fuck.

I cannot fathom why anyone outside of Cleveland hates him.

because it was contrived, manufactured, and cohersed and didn't come naturally. i love lebron, I despise wade, bosh, shane, and the south dakota snipper.alpha wrote:Why would you miss the chance to see greatness?
epic group of faggots.
this series will demonstrate the staying power and greatness of greg pop and the Western conference. i've come full circle on how the spurs were boring (2004-2007) to watch to now they exemplify visually appealing greatness whereas miami is about sheer faggotry

Re: NBA Finals Thread: San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat
I'd like to remind everyone that the Spurs could be even better if they didn't cut Stephen Jackson right before the playoffs. But they just said "nah, fuck you dude" and proceeded to advance to the Finals anyway. Because Pop n' Them are boss like that.
And Wade getting calls his way already.
And make ups calls already.

I have a bad, bad feeling about the competition level of this series. The lack of above-average wing play for the Spurs is not a good look.

I just meant Bron. Shit is retarded when people let their hate blind them. If Wade stays on Green then Wade cheating off him and giving up big 3 will be happening all series. Wade can't help himself.

Re: NBA Finals Thread: San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat
Size is such an advantage against the Heat, they have no answer for Duncan. It doesn't look like it will be enough because if the 3s aren't falling, they're toast.
This is the same issue the Pacers faced. I don't know if they were too stupid or too selfish to realize it but it's such a glaring weakness. Maybe they got tired of dumping it in down low or maybe Vogel is a fucknut and they decided to play terrible perimeter offense instead. But you need to slow it down against the Heat, make the play defense, move the ball and exploit the inside. Not only does Duncan know how to finish, but it opens up the 3 which the Spurs rely heavily on. Duncan already looks like he's going to have a huge series but he needs help, especially defensively.

Check out Simmons the silver fox, lookin like he's aged five years over the course of this season. Relax bro. Doin 15 minutes of talking during the pregame and halftime show has to be easier than writing 45,000 word columns.

Re: NBA Finals Thread: San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat
Most unappreciated greatest player ever. All the talk has been about LeBron (like always) who has been the most overhyped and overpublicized athlete ever and then you have the polar opposite in Duncan.
4 years at college, big man, old, boring, bank shots, no endorsements, minimal fanfare, 4 rings, small market, foreign teammates, normal hairline.
High school, perimeter, prime, exciting, dunking, nauseating, homo, hype machine, 1 ring, Hollywood, Twitter, reptilian and faggot teammates, transplant candidate.
It's a pretty interesting dynamic.
