Even though people lamp on the 49'ers injuries the Chargers have had just as many crucial players missing

Preseason -
Geathers NT out for season(49'er chumps hit him with a dirty block)

Regular Season -
Hardwick C Goes down for season most likely career is over
Ohrnberger C Out for 3-4 weeks
Legursky C IR Out for season
T'eo - ILB Out 5-6 weeks
Ingram - OLB Out 6-8 weeks
Mathews - RB Out 6-8 weeks
Woodhead - RB IR Out for season
Brown - RB Out 2-3 weeks
Wright - CB Out 1-2 weeks

Obv I love chip and he is definitely deserving and I think McCoy has done a great job and I only knew half those injuries tweak posted but honestly based on record and who they've beat it is arians for me. The only team they lost to was the Broncos and their qbs (in a pass balance offense) have been drew Stanton or worse and *theyre not winning solely with d like the steel did years ago with Charlie batch playing 7-3 games and shit

But also I think Jason Garrett deserves credit here for not only building a decent offense (and hiring marinelli for the defense to get way better) but for making romos role as a hand off manager and letting his wrs make plays and run great routes in situations they can excel at but also for building this team and dedicating the team to an oline build the past few years. I hate the cowboys but you must give them credit

Arians has been a hell of a coach thus far.

I'm voting for Bruce Arians. Out of all the teams on this list, he is doing it with the team with the worst QB.
