definitely anticipating the hyperdub 12 more personally
i mean.. it's cool if he has different influences/tastes but this bmore/airhorn/90s dance hit music is embarassing in comparison..

^fuck me, that tracklist just made my day. that shit will be bought the day it comes out. zomby's section on MAH's recent hyperdub showcase was next level.

another similar and sure to be amazing release i'm anticipating is starkey's new album on planet mu:

CD Tracklist
1. Gutter Music
2. Pictures
3. Miracles
4. Dark Alley
5. Escape
6. Marsh
7. Pressure
8. Time Traveler
9. Striking Distance
10. Last Chance
11. Bang Bang The Witch Is Dead
12. Spacewalk
other than that grime and dubstep are a bit dry atm tbh imo. all the fever over dubstepforum closing last week was fucking hilarious/utterly depressing, though.

it's out the week after next and it will be bought on sight, the mere prospect of finally having the full length version of 'gutter music' in my earholes makes me giddy.

ALSO hyperdub are seriously the best label in the world. upcoming releases:

joker - digi design (fuck)
2000f - you don't know what love is (fuckfuck)
darkstar - aidy's girl is a computer (fuckfuckfuckkkkkkkadkjagohgsgsfgag)

went to dmz on saturday - dmz b2b loefah was probably the best dubstep set i've ever seen, absolutely amazing. skream was awful. chef was good but i left after 2/3rds. harry craze did a really nice set of anti-social, hyperdub and golden age hip hop(!!) as well.

You should check out the 'Where Were U In '92'. It might be a bit of a piss take, throwback CD, but some of the beats are well dirty, I'll upload it when I get a chance.

Thanks for the new Dusk and Blackdown.

surprised you lot have never heard that tune before, it's reeeeeeeeeeally old. first recorded/released tune that JME rapped on i think...

cheers for the zomby link cwm. one of my favourite producers at the moment.

you've all probably seen this already but grimetapes.com are doing compilations of different emcees' best moments on radio - i've been listening to the wiley volume all week. reaffirms his status as my favourite person in the world, and i'm really surprised by how well it stands up on multiple listens...

I saw TVOTR on Monday night and they were excellent. The drums sound amazing live, and it was a lot more 'guitary' than I expected.

Anyone listen to the Zomby - Rumours & Revelations track out? Goddam..
