Suburbs, Modern Man, Wasted Hours, Month of May are all so fucking good

I liked Neon Bible quite a bit and based on "Wasted Hours" this will be great too. Even the cover art is fucking killer. Thanks for the heads up.

It's all pretty pointless, but they put out like fifteen different versions of the cover art
as seen

The BBC dubbed this as "better than OK Computer." i'm on my iPhone takin a dump right now, way too much trouble to grab the article.
Aren't there 8 cover songs on this?

about half way through and a lot of these songs sound like I've heard them already on earlier albums.

this decade needs its own impossible to match album, how many reviews written on pitchfork will make reference to its greatness?

no it's not, I clicked on my neon bible folder instead of the new one and starting listening, not a huge fan of the band, but I have listened to it a bunch earlier, and I was all, shit, this sounds rehashed
gonna hear the new one now if my faggot mouse skills allow me to do so.

You had me double and triple checking. I'm not a fan of their older work, but this is pretty good. I like it better than the rest of their work, anyway.

I liked the Funeral album a lot, Neon Bible I listened to a bit, mostly as a secondary listener because my girl bumped it a lot.
this sounds good so far. Rococo is a dope track on first listen.

Pretty fuckin great. Only gripe with Neon Bible is that is sounded a little too Springstein Thunder Road in places.

I've been through this 4 times now and it's really got a lot of great songs. This is a great album, one of my favorites of the year.
But I can't put it anywhere near OK computer. That's still irking me

album is good and def. consistent but it feels much "safer" than Neon Bible, which isn't necessarily bad but nothing blows me away.
