This is pretty damn good but doesn't touch Teen Dream for me. But that may change when I get my vinyl copy.

Oh, and here's a link to their record store day release which has a non-album track that's actually pretty good: http://plixid.com/2012/04/28/beach-hous ... -2012-mp3/

Thanks, I didn't think the new one was as good as Teen Dream at first, but it won me over. It's a more complex, layered sound, but the lyrics and melodies are just as good.
Just found out they're coming to my favorite venue in Indy, stoked...if they're coming here, they're probably coming to your neck of the woods.

Seeing these fuckers tonight, will report back.

Great show! Victoria Legrand's voice is so much better live than on their albums. The lighting work and stage was excellent as well. Played pretty much a 50-5o split between Bloom and their older songs didn't play Zebra until the encore and the place went bonkers when the first few notes hit.

Peeped the live show last night, great show overall. They didn't play all my favorites and started off a little slow, but did a three song encore and closed with killer renditions of '10 Mile Stereo' and 'Irene'. 'Irene' was especially awesome, made me more aware of how people consume their music these days as most of the people didn't seem to know the song. I guess listening to an album all the way through is a dying habit. Victoria's voice is great live, she can really project.
