I know this exists in the sixth circle of hipster hell, and I know there's probably nine dozen variations on this formula that all surfaced in the past two years, but whatever, the album is great. The production's great, and she's exactly the type of singer I want on a record like this who doesn't veer too far into alien spacewoman territory.

love this album. except for grandloves, that's a piece of shit song that i'll never listen to again, but the rest, yes, rules. that cocoon light show they have going on would i would love to check out

the wretched rapping is my primary beef with it. find it painful & unlistenable. to prove this point so, i am listening to it right now and it does not feel nor sound good

opening three tracks are so promising but ends up being a bit of a letdown after that stretch
still, love those first three, after that begin again and flood on the floor are perty dope
