Megadeth - Rust in Peace, but everything up to Cryptic Writings is essential IMO.
Anthrax old school Persistence of Time, Among the Living
newschool Sound of White Noise
Mudvayne - LD50 amazing playing, really complex and groovy at the same time, dudes get clowned for the face paint but just like SLipknot if you ignore the image they are serious players. Bassist and drummer are on some ridiculous shit. End of All Things to Come is also amazing, and is probably more of a full album than LD50. The last one was meh, so just those two.
Maiden depends,...get the early ones, Killers and shit if you want the early punk roock sound...Dickinson era, my fav album is Somewhere in Time, but I also love a shit load of them..probably everything up to No Prayer for the Dying is awesome pretty much all the way through.
first four albums by Sabbath are the end all...the fuckin metal bible.
but all the other periods are cool too...while the ozzy shit influenced most doom bands, the dio era is all classic to power metal bands. Dio era peep Heaven and Hell and them move on chronologically.

Get "Seasons In The Abyss" by Slayer as it's their best album and probably my favorite album by any of the bands you mentioned.
Avoid Megadeth entirely as they're wiidly-widly geetar solo technical-thrash bullshit.
Get the Anthrax album with the clock on the cover which has "Keep It In The Family" and "Belly In The Beast" on it.
Haven't got a clue who Mudvayne are.
Don't like Iron Maiden - some dirty ass British crackers who i have a complete mental block on. Get something by Motorhead instead.
If a Black Sabbath album doesn't have Ozzy on it it's worthless. Sorry, but anything with Dio on is unlistenable.
Get the "Cause For Alarm"/"Victim In Pain" cd by Agnostic Front and pretend that pretty much everything else they made doesn't exist.
Madball are corny whigger-core for former Juggalos - you'll probably love 'em.

iron maiden - the first two killers and iron maiden then i think number of the beast.
you should ignore anthrax instead get Cro Mags -age of quarrel
id say get early megadeth if your going to get any.
the suggestion to get some motorhead is great
id suggest get Celtic Frost-"Morbid Tales" and pick up Venom-"At War with Satan"

Nah cop Anthrax's Among the Living, shit is fucking awesome. I also suggest SOD's Speak English or Die, which might be frowned upon by the PC crowd but is a really really good thrash record.
Iron Maiden is all about Number of the Beast and Piece of Mind, everything else is just kind eh.
Fuck Megadeth.
Listen to the kids about the Sabbath too.
