A quick search of the Rick Rubin archive reveals that these gentlemen have yet to receive a thread in this forum so i think it's about time we discuss the new multicultural faggotz on the block you hate to love/love to hate.

Some would say that it's embarrassing to like a Fall Out Boy co-signed hipster emo-pop-rap combo fronted by some dude who looks an unholy harajukuized miscegenation of Jim Jones and Kevin Federline but, fuck, it's impossible to front on annoyingly catchy songs like "Cupid's Chokehold" and "Clothes Off".

"Clothes Off" over the intro of "Sara Smile" by Hall & Oates would be too good for words.

I've checked for them ever since I got the Taxi Cab joint on some Warped sampler/tour cd.

Write On is my track.

I did this for my wife (ducks) a few months ago. She seems to like it, and since it's by far not the worst shit she listens to it works out ok on long road trips; immediately followed by Brotha Lynch Hung of course.

but that Hall & Oates shit sounds dope.
I am assuming "Cupid's Chokehold" is that "take a look at my girlfriend"song
that's the only shit I know and I have no desire to download it or have it on my ipod... but i can handle it in this world

Worst live show I have ever seen.

When I saw them, they followed Brooke Hogan...

One of my friends likes them a lot. He also tried to get me to play Puffy's new CD at one of my parties, thinks Bone Thugs and Twista are better than Wu Tang, and has all of Jagged Edge's albums.

"Last Night" by Puffy is indeed excellent. Any track which uses a sample of "Erotic City" by Prince cannot be anything other than stellar.

"Last Night Remix" is a real live club banger, humans dance to it and big boi's verse is great

I don't really care about Gym Class whatever but I'd like to hear Big Boi over that.

The emcee in the group is solid but some of the actual music I'm not a fan of. But they've made it so, much success to them.

Here's a fun fact for yall..

My boy's boy actually wrote a few of their hit songs and produced them because he used to be in gch but when they got a deal they kicked him out of the group because the label said he was too hiphop. lol

He didnt flip out, though. Instead he played it smart and is still cool with them, mainly Travis because it was primarily those 2 in the beginning.

by the way, Travis(the rapper) is jsut as much of a bitch as you would think. No surprise.

^^^^ that's kinda what I was thinking...

I know I said I despise their music, but I just heard their song Viva La White Girl, and it's pretty dope. Mainly because I like the Michael Franks song they got their chorus from...
