It's a set of Large Professor's 'LP Rarities' and better yet it's 5 volumes deep, ripped by that man CMS. There is some extremely uber-rare and ultra-nice material on here. Original master of One + One, need I say more...

Also, here's LP's LP:

I needed the LP. Thanks.. :ironmike:

I thought this might be a nice bookend to cap this thread off.

Just posted at Nah Right a brand new Extra P joint off his new album 'Main Source'. Made my hair stand up on end to hear Paul so hungry again and the beat is straight butter...

Has anyone come across the demo version of IJUSWANNACHILL, it's from this release of 'The LP':

http://www.discogs.com/release/770437

I've got it taped from a radio show which was the first time I'd heard this track. This version definitely seems more 'hype' to me with a difference being the scratching after the 3rd verse.

I'm also after what I think is the promo white label version of Get off dat Bullshit, it's the version with the original lyrics:

starts off with 'top secret information' instead of 'top dollar'
also 'harder in the streets to survice in 95'
and the missing lines 'no mattrer creed, colour, time, place, you got to get down with the great, Large Professor on your plate...'

The taped version I have of Bullshit has a tuning radio intro going through some old school jams, it's definitely phat.

Both of the version are not as produced as the 'official' ones and therefore sound better to my ears.

Much props to anyone that can help with these.

There's a joint large did for "The LP" produced by pete rock that's not on there either & large pro don't even have it. Here's a snippet I looped off the soul survivor doc.

Unreleased LP joint Snippet (prod. pete rock)

No one has that large pro pete joint but pete & his engineer. Geffen don't have it. There was supposed to be a release of the soul survivor instrumentals too. Cats need to speak up if they ever want these gems released.

That beat is certainly one of his best, those pounding drums man...

If any of you peeps come across the demo version of Ijuswannachill - I'm still looking for that hard.

p.s. anyone else having problems with the zshare links earlier in this thread. The tracks are still there but they won't play or download. Weird.

Thanks, this leaked a few weeks ago. I've yet to find an explicit version though.

Also, I'll be making sure to buy the retail CD when it hits the shops.

Greetings everybody. It's my first post here and I want to start it off right!

I've put together a Large Pro production discography that lists (nearly) all of his production (credited and uncredited). Plus a few tracks up in the mix couldn't hurt, right?? Since I found a lot of useful info in this thread I figured I'd add on a lil bit. If anybody has any requests for anything LP just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Peace

Tom

Since I see a few requests up I might as well take care of them now!

This folder includes the following:

Blaze Rhymes
Back To Back
LiveGuy Saga
Rapid Fire
Decisions
Secret Design

I'll check later to see if I have that I Juswannachill (Demo), but I don't recall what the difference is between the demo and the 12" version. Care to inform me?

Peace

Cheers for that post Tom. The only one I was looking for was Secret Design which has some typically dope LP lyrics..

"Call me the Pro, XP, Large Professor,
making beats my profession, all day,
I stay up in the studio choppin, and cuttin..."

The demo version of Ijuswannachill is slightly different and it's hard to explain but I'll have a go...

Basically the rhyme delivery of all 3 verses is less laid back, and more hungry. The scratching at the end of the 3rd verse is different / better. There's also a couple of slight differences in beat drops and stuff which make the track sounds less polished.

This was the first version I heard and played it to death. Now I just can't bear the studio version as it just sounds dumbed down.

It would be awesome if you could find it. Ta.

EDIT - Ace work with that PDF and other uploads!!!!

Here's a clip to try and highlight the subtle difference between the studio and demo version. I've added the 3rd verse ripped from the tape version I have and the 3rd version from the LP version:

http://rapidshare.com/files/141266326/i ... arison.mp3

Just noticed the guy doesn't say "chill..." on the demo version over the top of LP saying "Frustrated from fucking with the snakes that slither".

Hope this helps

Get Off That Bullshit (Promo)

While I was searching some old bootlegs for the 'juswannachill demo' (no luck btw) I discovered that I had the original version of 'get off that bullshit'...which is fucking awesome because i have been looking for this for some time! i knew i remembered hearing it from somewhere, just couldn't recall where. So here it is.

http://www.zshare.net/audio/1790794945cc3024/

ps - I'll take any LP requests as I have most everything except for the following (which I myself am looking for if anyone can help!)

Krumbsnatcha - Mind Power (off new single, produced by LP)
Termanology - Sorry I Lied (off upcoming album)
Royal Flush - it's possible that LP produced a track off of "Hood Stories" - does anybody know what this could be?
Large Pro - Secrets Designs/Decisions (Instrumentals needed)
Nikki D - Your Man Is My Man (TV Track)
Young Disciples - Apparently Nothin' (Large Professor Vocal Mix) note - not the "Rap Mix"
Jak D - Why You Wanna Do That (new compilation 'Cold Heat', LP produced)
The Brand New Heavies - HRE Theme
The Brand New Heavies - Bonafied Funk (Source Beats)
Nine Yards - Matter Of Time (Large Professor Remix)
J-Love - Wild Styles - this is from a 1999 mixtape by J-Love "Niggas Will Never Be On My Level", it is track 11, and it features LP, Neek, B-1, and C. Lo
Craig G and LP - "Depopulator" and "Won't Stop", both off of a Future Flavors Vol. 2 12"

I noticed that there are three versions of "The LP" which are atrributed to being produced by Geffen. All three are slightly different, with only one having that demo that you're looking for. Have you ever see this promo version listed elsewhere?
