I'm looking for a good version of "Friend of Ours" by E Money Bags, Nature and Kool G Rap. The version on E Money Bags album (In E Money Bags We Trust) isn't the greatest quality, and I've also got a mixtape version which is a bit better, but also has an annoying DJ yelling through the song.

It's a bit better, thanks, but I'm guessing this track was never released in top quality.

I'm from the Bay Area and used to always listen to The King Tech Wake Up Show with Sway & King Tech and in '93 they played a joint by this crew out of Atlanta called "Smoke Filled Room" by THE URBAN BEATNICS. Does anyone have this or even have any info on the group? I never heard the song again and have never heard anything from the group. Song and/or info would be appreciated...

this came from the same mix that the wisdom cut came from, in fact you'll notice the beat from that joint fade in at the end.

I only heard the following track one time, on WEAA 88.9 in the B-more area (Morgan State University). This was the best hip hop show in the area, but only came on saturday night at midnight for 5 hours.

All I can remember now is the chorus, which went something like "Keep Rising to the Top, Keep Rising to the Top". I think the chorus might also have said "I know that we're gonna make it, if..."

I think this was a local song (B-more probably), and it was like 7 years ago. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated!
