Need help to identify these 2 unknown samples!

It's been a while, since i've been searching for two samples...i don't know who they might be from, but my guess is both are from some movie soundtrack...i've place two artists for the first one, and three for the second...these are great samples, i would appreciate all the help to identify their origin...and if you want me to put the mp3's here, just ask..

I only know that this song (Deadly maniacs - magic) has the same sample as the first 2 songs... dont now the original track though..

Nice, thanks anyway...Deadly Maniacs, are they from UK? Probably from the same era has Killa Instinct, Blade or Gunshot, right?

...i know Roland Kirk, but i don't know how i've missed this one...now, the first sample, that one i really don't know...damn, i used the verb to know six times, you know?

Sorry, I can't help this time around.
But I would guess that the first sample is from an intro to a late 70's or early 80's soul or RnB cut.

Hmm yeah Verge it could also be from an R'n B track from the late 70's or early 80's, but it looks more like a movie soundtrack...
