I didnt clock that thread at the time, but if im looking for specific words, and I've already rinsed the dustyness of my own brain-files, I use Google Advanced.

I use an online lyrics archive. After all the things I can naturally recall, it seems to be the easiest way to find little shards of stuff after the organic way has depleted all cerebral assistance

It's not perfect as you obviously arent going to find a line by, eg. Keith Nut on there, but it gives you the thousands of options you know ARE out there, and then you can see which ones you recall/ you have/ or you like the sound of if you dont have, et cet...

It's not a perfect way to find gear, but it sure as all hell helps !
