well it's been a couple of years (me thinks) since i tried at this one:
From between 2002 and 2004 (possibly), track that had sampled Common saying "it had to be something for me to write this.." (from The Light) over and over for the hook. It was a love type joint about a long distance relationship or a "on the road touring" relationship or some shit. I only heard it once while in Fat Beats around that time and it obviously caught my ear. Never heard it again but it must be on vinyl if it was getting spun at Fatbeats.

I've been wondering about Printmatic - Yo Yo, is there a remix? I have a version of it that doesnt match the EP's version. I found it by mistake under a Problemz - Say What file, like 5 years ago. Anyway, I love this version but my copy isn't that great, so I was wondering is there's a legit release. ( I checked Discogs, and can't seem to find a remix version of that song )

Yeah, i don't remember the story on that Labels remix, I just remember being disappointed when i found the promo record and it wasn't on there.

but i think it's a Sleestackz track which can be found on their Lp.
