mobb deep was better but the gap isnt nearly as wide as some poeple would lead you to believe
for example all we got iz us is definitely better than hell on earth
the seperation in the two groups is due to the infamous being an all time classic on a level that none of onyx albums can approach

I grew up on both of the groups. Bacdafucup was the first album i ever bought at the age of 12. Both of the groups was on heavy rotation troughout my youngsta days. When I was 12? - Mobb Deep, but now? Onyx.
I agree with CrimeFamily, two totally different groups.. But hearing joints like:

There's no Mobb Deep track who can match this type of sound. And the fact that they are totally wack these days makes my vote on Onyx even more easy.
