Ait so i've been upping over the last few days and created a share folder on Rapidshare..By no means this is the complete amount of shows upped in this thread, i miss a lot of shows from 96 on (mostly because i think that that was the time when stretch got bored of hip hop and it showed in his djing)..i numbered the rars so that its chronologically sorted (click on "Name"on top to sort)..to enter the folder and download a file always double click the links..enjoy!
Kinda related, i just tried to dl a CDS from rapidshare right now and all of a sudden there's a wait time again? I mean like a 4 minute wait just for my first file of the day... oh boy. Hopefully it's just a fluke or something. But its probably a move by rapid to scoop up a bunch of former megauploaders business. bastards.
lol.. it was perfect for a while now and then all of a sudden just today they put this crazy time wait.
Eh, regardless, thats a dope folder and anyone who needs the shows will appreciate it. Shit we used to stay up til 5 am taping for 4 hours to get these tapes, i think heads can wait a few minutes with no complaining. lol.
yo verge, when the show came on back in the days u used be up until 12-4 am or 1-5 am taping the show on thursday nights and had to go to school the next morning?
i had a hard enough time stayin awake at school as it is.
now i know u had method to the madness, did u used to have a ill hook up like a tape deck hooked to a vcr with a timer or anything like that?
i dont know if u could make it halfway thru the show without fallin asleep and lettin the tape record whatever. i damn near woulda tried tho!

1-5. I would usually fall asleep and try to wake up to switch tapes. But certain nights that were banger after banger i would stay up. No vcr hook up.
And i had already stopped caring about school by the time i started taping, about late 1993. Maybe sophomore year in hs. Not saying thats a good thing, thats why i still have a shitty job and struggle for the rent every month. So yeah, keep up ya studies, its worth it.
Yo, first post in here. Been lurking for a while getting a lot of the shows, props to everybody uploading their tapes, shit is dope.
Ego trip just posted up the set they did in SF recently http://www.egotripland.com/stretch-arms ... #more-6456

Yeah im pretty sure we sorted out the full tracklisting a few pages back for the 95 demo show. I think so, at least.
If not, I'll re-download it and type it out for ya EL. Hey Serch, that was the one where you had originally upped and then later on Aleph and them upped more parts of it maybe? Shit, so many shows, I lose track.
You know what, post the guests names if we not sure of the date and then we can go to the SnB blog in my sig... TBS has a massive amount of the tracklists we did posted there. You just gotta click the show date and it links to the tracklists.
EDIT:
LOL @ "Child Forsaker" being a guest on a 95 show.
EDIT:
btw, there's no time counter anymore again on rapidshare. cool.

Yeah, I have to add my props to serch and peops here reupping after the mega fallout. I was waiting to see if there would be a consensus on what the next best site is. Feels like an earthquake hit the web and heads are just dazed trying to take stock of the damage lol
Good question on the demo show(s). There's quite a few and I don't remember if anyone attempted to do tracklists for those since definitive titles for a lot of em are in short supply. Maybe I'll go thru the pages and id which shows were the cookie extravaganzas.
yo serch, im tryin to add my files thru rapidshare but cant seem to figure out how to share them. any help with this?? do i need to have a pro account?
They posted parts one through three but supposedly (according to Ego Trip) there is a part four that either the Red Bull Radio site, Ego Trip or both fucked up on. I haven't listened through it yet, though I will try to rip it. The only way I can think of with that player is the ol' press record in Audacity trick and it'll probably not sound so hot but if there's nothin' better then whatever.
Also, check the new video interview with Stretch, Bob and Chairman Mao:

Here's part 1 & 2 from Stretch & Bob Live @ Mighty Sf. Not the best recording but better than nothing. Will try and upload part 3 tomorrow.
Anyone fancy doing a tracklist? What's the track @ 17mins??????????
Track 17 sounds like a mash up of some classics or a newer funk group doing a cover. There's definitely that Isaac Hayes in there but the drums are programmed or sampled.
