Don't really know how to solve it but I also got that shit when my i-net connection (or theirs) was really low, it kept on looping.. One time I had this and forgot to close the site, and like an hour or so later the download finally popped up..

Seems like more and more of these filehostingsites are fucking up nowadays..

you should be able to download the file directly using a plug in for your web browser (like FVD Video Downloader for chrome - there are several others, though) or jdownloader. i think the only reason you'd want to use audacity is to record a stream where there's no actual file to DL. so unless it's a stream, you should be able to grab it with no issues.
