Don't know much about this. I got the promo tape given to me while at NMS '94. The first cut is produced by Guru and they name drop him again somewhere on there so there's "some" affiliation.
This link was dead...new one for those that missed it.

For the first issue of Caught In The Middle we interviewed the B.U.M.S and they sent us a early copy of the album and it had a few tracks that didn't make the official release. One track, Out House Stunt, was on the Wake Up Show Unreleased Project. The other two I don't think came out anywhere and I actually forgot about until this week when I dug out the tape. First there is "Yes Yes Y'all" which is a solid track but the bugged out joint is the one I don't know the title of but features Motion Man and, out of nowhere, Maestro Fresh-Wes!

WOW!! First time checkin out this thread and I see this. Crazy!! But I actually have that SAME tape, well sorta. Mines actually a TDK copy from that same tape I believe you have. My boy who was from the East Bay had a good friend who was friends with or knew one or both of The Bums. He had this tape and I dubbed a copy. I remember it being somewhere around December '94 - February '95. And I just hit up Motion Man about the song he's on and not only does he not know the title, he doesn't even remember the song. haha Gonna hit up Joe Quixx tomorrow and see if he remembers anything. If nothing there, one of my boys is cool with (and even worked with in the studio a few years ago) D. Wyse of The Bums, so I'll see what's up.

Here's what Joe Quixx told me about the song with Motion & Fresh-Wes...

"I remember them recording that song, don't remember much about it though. I'm pretty sure king tek or fresh wes did that beat. If the tape u have is a sampler then the yes yes song is probably the first thing i did with them. cant say i remember it being called that but it was a long time ago. every things good cuzzin, thanx 4 askin"

Matt requested from me before and finally had a chance to post it up:

Off Da Wall-4767 & 4767 Remix. This is a crew from Evanston/Chicago. I did a detail write up on them somewhere in this thread. This is the first demo I got from them in '96:

I also posted these Zigg Zagg cuts in the specific thread about him but might as well drop them here to: All In Your Mind + On & On (both from Priority Records sampler tapes in '94)

I recently put these two tracks in other threads but figured they should go here, too.
I was ripping some vinyls and someone mentioned the "Archives" vinyl
label. I had space on my CD for two joints, so I threw these two from The "Archives" release of the "Loud Unreleased Pt. 1":

I'm gonna try to get a few full VLS', that I haven't seen on the net, in the
Vinyl and CD Singles thread tonight.
Nothing super rare. Just plain, good shit.
