TRUTHADDICT: My man!!! this post is great, i've been meaning myself for a long time collecting all his guest spots but it never really happened but now i get them thx to you. Slick Rick needs to drop another album, "The Art of Storytelling" was a banger for sure and that was like what, 12-13 years ago now?

it's kinda cool cuz he pops up every once in a while and his voice is still magic and he still spits a fly verse so it's always exciting whenever you see featuring Slick Rick these days. same with Kane too. thx again for the post and the hard work you put into it!

Yeah, Art Of Storytelling is an under rated classic if you ask me.

i'm downloading now but i always wondered if the "Behind The Bars" (LP version) on the single is different from track #1 on the album. both versions of the song on the album says produced by Prince Paul but both are remixed, by Warren G and Epitome Of Scratch respectively. but on the 12" single it doesn't say anything that Epitome Of Scratch has anything to do with the song.

Prince Paul also says something about his track on the Slick Rick album and something about The Source on that skit on "Buhloone Mind State" but it's too distorted to hear what he's saying. can anyone clear that up?
