OK, I never heard of this but it's interesting. I lil quick investigation found some interesting things. I can say for sure but it seems like this song is about the John Gotti Trial. I found one link to an article about a "queens rapper" making a song called "Justice Not Found" and he is referred to as Big Lou Ferrante. Searching the name Lou Ferrante lead me to a Louis Ferrante who worked for John Gotti and did time in jail and now is a book writer and motivational speaker...ha. Not sure if he's the guy but it's interesting, could make for an interesting story. I vote that Philaflava contacts him to confirm and interview....
