After you download a rar, click on it. You should see two folders; one without a description, and the compilation itself.

If you see anything besides those two folders, make sure that you delete the odd file after you extract.

The odd file that you see here is the screensaver, which is actually a trojan:

I had the infection in between early September and mid September.

In the past, I never thought to click on a rar before uploading, but now it's mandatory after The Great Rar Scare Of 2008.

This shit here hasn't been outright sampled so much as a quoted influence on early rap and especially electro, you got to think for 1979, this joint is highly evolved, hell the 12'' i have of it even has an acapella and 3 remixes. Tom Moulton was a beast... he was making tape loops of drums and chopping instruments up back in the mid 70's.
