Read about this earlier today... Fuckin CRAZY!! I hope he pulls through, and assuming he does, maybe the light bulb will have finally gone off in his head and he'll finally be ready to do another GangStarr album. DJ Premier says he wants to, but it's up to Guru.

I'm stayin up late tonight... I think I'm gonna make an ALL Guru/GangStarr 80-minute Mix CD of the joints between '90-'99!! Probably 20-22 songs. I'll post it when I finish assuming it turns out good.

heard rumors he pulled thru surgery and is expected to make a "full" recovery.....you never fully recover from that type of shit tho.....

dj premier doesn't have a twitter, it's mine (and yes, i have a close source and i won't type things that don't needed to be typed). i'm not so happy about some media (magazines) writing about my twitter and confusing it with things that i never published. but my thoughts are with guru now.

I've posted a gang starr show on my blog (http://djpremierblog.blogspot.com/2010/ ... stria.html) to remember for what kinda legend we are praying. we need to stay positive!

- Guru's nephew released a new video after confronting Solar in person, uncovering more of Solar's lies, and finally getting to see Guru. (Sounds like he rolled up into the hospital with the whole Gangstarr Foundation!)
- Primo spoke publicly on the situation for the first time.
- Bumpy Knuckles is on the twitter warpath.

All the drama aside, it sounds like Gifted Unlimited's health situation is still not good. May the Most High give him a quick and full recovery.

word...but Guru can only have a full recovery once that Solar snake is out of his life, see what Solar doesn't realize is the internet is his worst enemy, we see right through him.

Being the ultimate cynic, you think Solar is hoping for the financial rewards of 2-3 posthumous releases rather than the alternative? As mentioned, there is supposedly already a couple albums stashed away under Solar's direction.

In any event, if Guru (God willing) makes it through this, I hope he drops Solar for his real partner in crime. I've met Primo - genuinely seemed like a good dude. Solar seems like clownshoes.
