It's from the Wild Wild West soundtrack and I don't know if it was ever released outside of that.

Only on vinyl. I have the dirty vinyl rip in one of the non-album files I posted, but the only CD quality I can find is clean.

Damn.. I left out Jay-Z's Girls Girls Girls, but everyone should have that anyways.

Hmm i have a12" of I sparkle which i just played but the song is actually the king piece in the chess game without canibus.

Here's a song i've asked for for years and years and years which nobody seems to have. They used to play it on power 99 in Philly ALL the time.

It was the original I Own America. Same lyrics but the beat was EPMD Let The Funk Flow/ Nas - Nastradamus beat. So much better than what ended up on the album.

edit.. you should add that Funkmaster Flex freestyle over the mona lisa beat. On volume three i think or the next one.

The og is the one i described. They played it on the radio wayyyyy before the album came out. Months and months before the album dropped.

Thanks! I didn't have the King Piece without Canibus. Do you have the whole advance of Art of Storytelling, or just the one mp3? I think I have this copy of I Sparkle already, but I thought it was a vinyl rip. It doesn't sound as loud/clear as the Clean edit from the Wild Wild West Soundtrack.

-The remix/knock'em out the bpx mix was the version that appeared in the video. I always thought the simple (but effective) scratches and sound drops greatly added to the end song.

I don't know the story but in my opinion this is the og. I absolutely remember them premiering this on the radio months and months before the album dropped. And being the very first thing i heard from him as far as the comeback album goes. Thanks again.
