Me and my friend were talking today and it came to which rapper has the best voice. Since we both mostly listen to 90s rap I opened this in TROY so let's discuss rapper's voices in the 90s and before.
I'll go for:
Biggie
LL Cool J
Noreaga (personal fav)
If you can't walk the walk, don't talk the talk.

Hellllll Yeaaaahhhhh
Ren has my favorite voice in rap history, which is a big part of why I enjoy his output so much.
Ice-T & Ice Cube both have great voices too. Smif N Wessun & Heltah Skeltah are two of the best groups, in which each member has a distinctively ill voice.

good calls on Latee and Ren. I don't think I'd like "100 Miles And Runnin'" nearly as much if Ren wasn't the one shouting the titular line to set it off.
