This is from a all Chicago Compilation in '95 called "Talent Fest" (what a name...ha).

it's a cool comp with tracks from Rubberoom, D2thaS, Ang 13, Spelany's, Undaground Soulution, East OF The Rock, Steady Serv, Thawfor, etc...
