How do I send a pic from my phone to my email?

I have a motorola v400, I want to post a pic, but I cant figure out how to send the pic from my phone to my email. Maybe its not possible witht the model I have. Tech heds, help?

I'm not to sure about this because I believe this service is based on two things, whether your phone SIM supports it and whether your phone provider supports it.

I know with my phone/service provider (Samsung/Verizon) I can do this from my photo album with ease.......

I had to pay like an extra nickel for something called pix messenging though, I think.
