Virus question

Okay, so I appear to have some "Download-ME" trojan on my comp. I looked up McAfee's typical response to this virus and what they gave me hasn't worked. My thoughts are that this is some sort of variation of that virus and that's why McAfee is calling it by that name in the first place.

So, does anybody have any solutions to my current virus problem.

try a different anti virus

It's coming up as spyware when I am trying to look it up.....do you have SpySweeper?

If SpySweeper doesn't work, I'll look more into manual removal....
