This is great stuff so far. Only thing I'm hating is that they're crowbarring the kardashian kids in, and that they didnt use the "I see OJ" prank call while he's sitting in the Bronco with a gun to his head.
And a Baba Booey to yall.

2 eps in and the way they keep shoehorning the Kardashian mongrels in here is already annoying as fuck
Schwimmer and Gooding Jr leading all categories for unintentional lulz so far
the Cosby Kid a close 2nd.
My exact thoughts. Can't tell if the Kardashian kid parts are meant to be funny or if they're there to make morons be like "Ohhhhhh...THOSE kardashians!"
Also, lolz at 5'7'' cuba gooding JR playing O.J.
It's good dumb fun thus far though.
This might be a dumb question but how did they get away with saying motherfucker?? Lol is tv gonna start having the "pg13" rule where only one fuck allowed
i distinctly remember walt saying "fuck you" to gretchen in an episode but they muted it. they didn't try to play it off as anything other than "fuck you" but they didn't play the audio of the words.
this week's episode was great. does anyone know how much of the show is accurate vs sensationalized? i know it seems like a dumb question in the context of an fx show made by ryan murphy but did the prosecutor really have a heart attack in open court? did oj really tell darden to get off his bench? did they really change all the interior decorating of Oj's house?
I have heard the "NIgger Please" anecdote before. Complex has done a nice job for each episode. Its seems like a majority of the stuff that seems unreal is legit, but they change some of the timelines.
This and Better Call Saul are the best shows on television right now, can't believe I'm saying that about a Ryan Murphy show(thank god he isn't writing).
Finally caught up with this and holy shit, this was one of the best seasons of TV I've seen in a while.
Managing the balance of serious drama, larger social implication and sensationalism/straight up camp as well as they did here is a pretty phenomenal feat. Even more so that most of the actors are matching it.
Cuba is the only one I couldn't get into here, he's physically wrong and his portrayal is too weak and whiny. OJ is supposed to be a charismatic and very likable dude, that doesn't come across here very well.
On the same wave, Travolta is way too hulking to play the little jewish Shapiro but he makes up for it by acting entirely with his chin and eyebrows.
Yeah that's the general consensus. The actors playing Clark/Darden/Cochran fucking killed.
Its pretty amazing that two massive OJ shows were put out in the same year and that they were both pretty incredible for different reasons.
