again, see the dude that got killed sporting an almost identical wound perfectly stitched and healed. the possibility of witch poisoning seems like a plausible explanation though

i realize the wound was just a rushed plot device to accomplish zombie drago or whetever, but these kinds of things irk me

It's a great motivator for fans to keep reading. Personally, after the first book, I kept going just to see if someone would behead all the Lannisters

Ned was one of the only honorable characters in this show...hopefully he does carry on a "Harry" type role like in Dexter for the next seasons...still sucks that he got beheaded.
