Can this guy do a movie that's not about the end of the world?
Someone should sit him down and make him adapt some minimal play. No aliens. No floods. No meteors. No wars. Just two people talking in a studio apartment. He would still work in a helicopter shot and a tidal wave.

the water coming over the mountains was pretty cool, but i doubt i'll ever see this movie
