ya, I heard about Serbian Film when it came out. I have it DL'ed on my old pc. I started to watch it but didn't want to explain why/look like a creeper to my girl at the time. I only got a couple minutes in but im considering watching it in the near future. From what I know about it though, im not really sure I want to watch it.

Grabbed a bunch of weird shit last night, ill post em once i watch em if they are any good.

Martyr's is fucking awesome.. It's fucked but it sticks with you. Just fucking good/fucked. Made my sister watch it while high and she cried at the end, asked why would i make her watch that, left crying and wouldn't talk to me for a couple days.

Visitor Q is easily the most fucked up movie I've ever seen. Everything in it is just fucked. I hate telling people about it but once you watch it you have to tell someone else to watch it. You then have to explain to them that, because you watched it you had to put it on someone else for only that reason. Once you watch it you'll understand. And don't watch that shit with a girl unless she knows you pretty well.

A lot of the stuff that's really "out there", I wouldn't even describe as "movies" to be perfectly honest. Stuff like the August Underground and Vomit Gore Trilogies or plenty of Japanese shock docs are made by pretentious amateur glory hunters looking to gain notoriety amongst twisted thrill seekers. A Serbian Film is actually a legit movie and on a completely higher level of professionalism which separates it to a degree from the usual titles of notoriety. Still, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to be honest as it broke some serious taboos for me and it fucked with my head for a few days after seeing it. It is a great movie with a degree of intellectual and artistic merit, but I doubt I'll ever watch it again or describe it as a "favorite".

Forgot about Antichrist, that was decent.. Grabbed Enter the Void earlier but haven't watched it yet. DLing Irreversible now. Audition didn't do shit for me. Prolly cause i'd seen alot of Takashi Miikes other films first and Visitor Q makes Audition look like kittens shitting rainbows. I grabbed Salo back in the day and it was just fucking stupid. Don't think I even made it far into it.

Ya, heard about the August Underground flicks and the Guiniea Pig one's but not really looking for that type of shit. Martyr's had some sick shit but I was a legit movie.

Just watched Jack Ketchum's Girl Next Door.



Weird, I got like a total Stand by Me vibe from certain parts and Stephen King said the same thing. It's based on a true story. Not on like a Martyrs level but it's kinda fucked.

Also, I saw half of "A serbian film" and it's beyond fucked up...but at least it's not on some torture porn shit like I thought it was. definitely gotta peep the rest of of it.

ichii the killer is great. It was the first Takashi Miike film I saw, then Visitor Q, then like 5-10 other random ones like Gozu etc.. Audition made its way later so obviously it was tame after the first 2.

What Skin im in one is it that's good? Cause i found "the skin im in" bout a gay dude getting a back tattoo and then "the skin I live in" with antonio banderas... im assuming the antonia banderas one?

I dont' know why, but i found the dead baby in the ocean clip from Titanic profoundly more disturbing than anything in Mordum, including the notorious bath tub scene. It might have been because I wasn't mentally prepared for any dead babies in a mainstream Hollywood blockbuster, whereas Mordum felt like a bunch of twats from the underground circuit desperately trying to shock me. It's the reason why film makers like Fred Vogel, Lucifer Valentine & Tom Syx don't really appeal to me or earn any kind of respect from me. Murder Collection Vol. 1 being a rare exception as that was pretty decent with an interesting premise for a Toe Tag Film.
