i saw the first cut of this last night, and it was hilarious...I thought it was more funny than Pineapple Express and Superbad. I'd been feeling a little burned out on Rogen and Co, but this might have been their best...and most homoerotic.

Simple plot...the rapture happens during a party at James Franco's house (all the actors play an exaggerated version of themselves). Cameos from everybody in this movie...2 that will bring the house down.

Yeah, it was a test screening for studio employees. My girlfriend works there and was able to bring me. The visual f/x weren't finished and they had temp music. The run time was 2 hours so I'm sure they will cut out some stuff*.

James Franco and Danny McBride (who plays himself like Kenny Powers turned up another notch) have a 10 minute screaming match about banning McBride from ejaculating inside his house. They start threatening to cum on each other. It was hilarious but i can't see it making the final cut.

I went to see Franco present a screening of Hitchcock's Psycho last night, at the British Film Institute. He was with out a doubt the most awkward, uncomfortable dude I've ever seen talk in public. Definitely a strange one. Surprised his comic turns come across pretty natural on film.

Good movie, my expectations were probably a little too high. The funny parts were really funny, but it dragged a little the 2nd half of the movie. Danny McBride and Michael Cera killed it though.

In my cut she had a big scene in a post apocalyptic leather outfit during the tatum part. She was living with McBride. They asked me to write what the 5 things about the movie I didn't like and I wrote Emma Waton's acting 5 times. Sorry pervy dudes!
