The dog/inception one was also pretty fantastic. Only thing that I don't like is that Morty's voice can be a little grating sometimes.

Really solid toon, feels like a mix between Futurama and Super Jail. The David Cross cameo a couple episodes ago was great.

Just binge watched the first 6 episodes, show is pretty fucking awesome already.
The cartoon format is perfect for Harmon's writing style, as he can change format on a whim and make the stories as wild as he wants to.
Surprisingly hasn't gone overboard on the pop-culture references, although when they go that route its fucking awesome, I was geeking at the Cronenberg universe.
Just wish the name of the show wasn't so fucking dumb. Really that's the best they could come up with?

God Damn "Close Rick-Counters of The Rick Kind" was my favorite episode yet. Sad next week's episode is the last one of the season, probably going to re-watch the whole season this weekend. This show should have a lot of staying power too, there's no limits to where they can take it. Seeing all those Ricks with their Morty's and the whole cloaking device idea was so enjoyably brilliant. Jerry's scenes with shit-eating-Rick were just as great.

Yeah so good, show has completely hit its stride already, I get giddy thinking about where it can go from here.
Honestly at this point I wouldn't even care if they cancelled Community if it meant Harmon could crank out an additional ten episodes of this a year.

My wife demands I throw I something funny. I've got nothing. Until I notice the latest episode of Rick and Morty. I hadn't seen the show yet, nor did I remember drunk downloading it the night before. I think it was based on this thread.
Wow. That episode was extremely entertaining, funny, ridiculous and brilliant. I've watched them all over the past day. I totally agree Community could end to let this run for years.
The dark moments of the show come out of nowhere and work so well.

Decent finale. Legitimately bummed that the season is over already.

yeah, finale was a little lackluster after the previous episode. The ending had me rolling though. Rick has the beginnings of an all-time-great cartoon character, he embodys so many things at once.

Holding off on watching the new episodes till they air. Just got the season 1 blu ray over the weekend and started rewatching. The episode commentaries are great. Harmon and Roiland do them (at varying levels of sobriety) and they're pretty hilarious.

Getting season 2 of this and Review back the same week is almost too much to handle, can't wait.
