this might be in bad taste but PAAAAAAALEASEEEEEEEEEE... this is a RIDICULOUS statement...
dude had his moments and will be missed but we're not talking about David Lynch or Fritz Lang here

Re: RIP Harold Ramis
I've heard that Murray saw a test screening of it and hated every frame. Wanted it completely reworked, re-shot, the whole 9. They went forward with it as is and it was a hit and critically praised. Murray has a rep of being hard to work with and didn't react well to being so wrong, his pride split up the team. I could have this all wrong, all based on memories of stuff I have read/heard in interviews over the years.Race Car Bed Sleeping Rapist Virgin wrote:whats the details of that?Philaflava wrote:^^ their breakup come during groundhog day right?
This was the one celebrity death I can remember that really made me sad. The movies he wrote/directed/starred in had a huge impact on what I have found funny from a young age. I watched all of these when I was too young to fully get them (Mom was pretty progressive and never shielded me from sex/nudity/language as a kid) so I have enjoyed them all on different levels over the years. He will be missed.
