am i missing something because i have yet to click on a track by emilio rojas. i've had no desire what so ever and that gov't rapper name is terrible. i wish people stopped after the Def Squad made it popular. tell me i'm missing out.
His voice just sounds really soft and gay, which reminds me of Term. Sounds especially out of place on that new one that was posted with that heavy beat.
He has a decent flow and his lyrics do not make me cringe. Still, something about me annoys him. Maybe because he looks, dresses, and comes off a lot like this new generation of Portuguese Guido Bros who run rampant in the Ironbound Section of Newark.
WHAT?! I am pretty disconnected from Rochester rap, but that doesnt sound right. Hilarious if true though. HILARIOUS. Dude used to have dreads.
The only song of his I have heard was "585 Yall", for obvious reasons, and it was quite bad. I may eventually check this out for Green Lantern's beats though.
As far as helping hometown Roc talent, Green Lantern should be doing more with 38 Special.

Anyone remember Kre8or?
Yeah... Sycorax and Emilio are one and the same. I don't think he really associates himself with Rochester much these days. He's living in NY somewhere. I'ma have to check this out though.

Jesus.
From dreadlocks and nerd rap to rapping about hoez, money and gunz.
LOL.
This is a GREAT development.
Wait... what? He's not rapping about hoez, money, and gunz is he? Come on? I don't believe it. I thought his subject matter was still pretty similar.
Judging by the 30 seconds of "Bold and Arrogant", yea. Pretty hilarious if you were familiar with Sycorax. I remember going with a friend who was a did flim stuff for a dj to watch and laugh at the cyphers at "The Circle" downtown. There was one kid who rapped like Big L who would just mock all the white hippie faggots like Cycorax. God, good times.

Tall skinny black dude? I'm thinking this has to be Savage from Upstate Cypher, but he doesn't strike me as the type of guy who would show up at that event. He sounds exactly like Big L. Kid is a fuckin headache though. Not a fan.

Short, pudgy guy. Rapped a lot about prison, but was like 15.

I don't like how he switched up his style.....when he was doin tapes like 'For Good', 'A Breathe Of Fresh Air' and 'Raks One Vs. The Industry' I was a big time fan, but ever since he's been tryin to roll with this neuvo, white v neck, designer denim, borderline hipster steez I ain't been wit it...
