Weren't we asked to name great lyricists?
Exactly, he isn't great no matter how you slice it. His voice is mono-tone, has a bad beat selection for the most part, has the same flow for every song, and isn't lyrical like his fans claim. He also can't put together an album. I mean, MM2 and his debut were pretty good, but not great and hardly get any play..

i really don't care about the voice. i like rap because of the rhymes. i even listen to paul barman for fucks sake
if i cared about voice i'd listen to r&b
thank you for another great example of shit I won't ever listen to because of his voice.
I like Paul's voice, it MATCHES the shit he raps about
If he was trying to spit some mobb deep shit it wouldn't be believable, but it works for his ultra liberal, neurotic, nerdy brand of hip hop. He's like the Woody Allen of rap
All depends on what's annoying to you.. i used to think Young Bucks gruff, raspy vocals were the worst, but now any high pitched thug gets my attention
Boozie Bad Azz
Lil' Wayne
Slug of Atmosphere (I guess...)
Eminem (But I'm used to it)
Joell
Freddy Foxxx
Guru
Xzibit (Don't think that's his real voice, he used to sound real constipated to me)
Canibus? (Love him though)

I fuck with him. Its all about perception if you want HARDCORE GANGSTA voices... I'm sure your favorite rappers will go out of their way to adjust their pitch.
I also forgot ... MC CHRIS! He just needs to stop!
