There are numerous somewhat nameless NY producers who should have gotten far more work. Guys like Carlos 6th July Broady, Salaam Reemi, Nasheim Myrick and Charlemagne comes to mind.
Whether to Jason of Philaflava or John Podesta, I will speak my fucking perspective openly

Perhaps not as good as the aforementioned but even more underrecognized.
Absolutely. Countless Wu bangers produced by those two.
Muggs is dope. I wouldn't put him in the top 10 or anything, but he wouldn't be far off. Pain Language hits real hard, one of my favorite albums from the past few years.
muggs and mr choc from the beat junkies broadcasts thurs nights 10pm-2am pacific time. first 2 hours is them taping their show for Shade 45. the other 2 hours is good music and sometimes boobs.
we just cracked 3.6 million live viewers. sup, AC.
I'll download this when it drops and try to give it a listen but I'm still apprehensive about it. He can't use that grizzly voice on here or I won't even peep. I'm sure it's a given that the beats will bang, at least, though.

I still think Easy Mo Bee, DJ Quik, Buckwild, Sir Jinx and even Diamond were all more slept-on.
I'll give you that except for Quik now. He's got a little more recognition than he had in the past.
I think when people bring up producers like DJ Premier, Pete Rock, and etc., Muggs name never comes up with them dudes. And he was in the game at the same time as them. That album he did with Sick Jacken is dope as fuck.

tracks 1, 4, 15, and 16 on that album would make RZA wish he had them on his discography. they are dope as fuck
he made some really great music but because most of his shit sounded so similar the more you heard of it the less appealing it got and at some point he became somewhat monotonous and vanilla
in the end i think hes givent he exact amount of credit hes due

yeah, i'd like to Rza and Muggs go back and forth on some shit.
you know who he laced but no one brings it up? MC Eiht.
Canibus is a faggot. He's signed to a soundclick rappers label and when he raps he sounds like he's reading an essay with a hole in his throat from smoking. Seriously, not sure how anyone could take someone serious when he titles his songs like textcee..
Melatonin Magik
