But he wasn't. I don't get how people post an irrevelant comment like that. I'd vote for Rakim, KRS-One, Ghostface Killah, Nas or Big Daddy Kane if they were on the list too.

haha word. i saw dude's post and had to double take it was so out of place.
Scarface, by a longshot. He's produced way more classic material than any of these artists. Don't forget The Ghetto Boys, not that his solo stuff doesn't speak for itself.

I refuse to spell it that way. It's Ghetto. Was that an acronym?

i disagree...theres a huge segment of fans out there that will always vote common number one because of resurrection....regardless of what kind or how much garbage he puts out since then
Slug is beating out Scarface, huh? Scarface of the Geto Boys Scarface. The same guy who made The Fix and The Diary Scarface. Mind is Playing Tricks on Me Scarface.
Wow. I hope this is because some people were dicking around, but I have a feeling it's not. :x
How are you cats rationalizing the turn-out of the voting thus far. "If this were then" or "he had more classic songs/album than so and so" or some other retarded shiznil.
I don't know, I just thought the thread was titled pick your favorite rapper. Not the "best" rapper or the rapper who dropped more "classics" in their career.
