In 127 hours when the guy has to cut his main nerve in his arm made me cringe more then anything else I can remember in a movie. What other scenes make you cringe?

First scary movie I ever saw. Pet Semetary, and hearing about Chucky the doll just as a concept in the same week fucked me up when I was 10. Still not all comfortable setting my feet to the floor when I'm on the bed, lol
