HHID is mad underrated. Aside from the title track and Who Killed It?, I love pretty much every track. Hold Down the Block is my shit. Let There Be Light as well.

the OG version of the title track is dope. "load a extended clip inside of the AK/ roll to every station murder the DJ". shame on def jam for censoring this + the whole untitled album. the label that used to ride for PE becoming the #1 rap thought police.

personal faves:
Ghetto Prisoners (45 King blend) - completely transforms I Am filler to one of the best Nas tracks of all time and I'm not even exaggerating.

9th wonder's version of godson is great too of course, but no explicit version existing is rough
Nastradoomus sucks. Not one track from the good half of the album is better thn the OG.
God's Stepson sucks too, bar The Cross.

Word. Good call.
just off the top of my head "life we chose", "some of us have angels", and "god loves us" were better than the originals...

Not a fucking chance.
Nothing wrong with the OG, its prolly a top 10 Nas track.

I remember Statik Selektah actually dropped some ill Nas mixtape/remix comp thing around the time God's Son or Street's Disciple came out, which I was bumping for a while. Might've been this: http://www.datpiff.com/Nas-The-Prophecy ... e.113.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

With a few exceptions, these remixes being posted are wack. Especially the uwontcmetnite & 9wonder stepson -- the latter of which is an egregious bastardization of the og, without even considering the fact that it uses the radio edit vocals.
