Re: Rolling Check-In
Rey had Ransom's History Of Violence as his favorite album of last year and he's got a point, this is pretty fucking great
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NW6yQFa ... AdZvyHClon" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
he's not the most technically dazzling dude but in terms of subject matter and attitude anybody who favors classic Eastcoast gangster rap should give this a spin

Re: Rolling Check-In
Crazy how OMB Peezy sounds like he could be from Louisiana, the Bay, or Detroit but actually comes from Alabama. He seems to have some connection to Sacramento, though, which explains why he has songs with Lavish D's main producer and why he's cool with Nef The Pharaoh.
OMB Peezy - Lay Down
("fuck yo' baby momma, ain't no sympathy/hope she have a dead baby" gotta be the coldest line in a minute. Damn, m8.)
OMB Peezy - When I Was Down
Love his jack of Soulja Slim's From What I Was Told too.

Re: Rolling Check-In
Pretty much all NhT's best songs were on the Power Triangle 'tape:

^^ The Cash Me Ousside girl is the true heir to V-Nasty.
OMB Peezy - Loyalty Over Love (Intro)
Great intro to whatever the Lay Down kid's Sick Wid It debut release is.
Ayo & Teo - Lit Right Now
I'm far too old to be listening to Ayo & Teo, but a catchy jam is a catchy jam. Sounds like Speaker Knockerz remade Summer Nights - no Lil' Rob/yes the Grease soundtrack.
