yeah this is dope. Hopefully it's a good sign that he's not dropping album after album after album for the last couple of years like he was. He's always got joints though, can't front.

its kinda awesome how he can rap about gangsters and how hear mystic messages on rain drops in same verse
Re: Killah Priest - The Park
PWOWR is the masterpiece I've been waiting for. Priest effectively fuses the best parts of his earlier and later works for a 2-disc mindfuck.

while reading this thread i was going through the previews on itunes wondering what the fuck he was thinking selling this album for 15.99 for 15 songs. Then i saw the scroll bar.

Out of 41 tracks, there are maybe 4 or 5 filler tracks. Its crazy.Versive wrote:PWOWR is the masterpiece I've been waiting for. Priest effectively fuses the best parts of his earlier and later works for a 2-disc mindfuck.

Yep its 41 tracks and most are bangers. I did a track-by-track review on my blog and it took forever to get through them all. Its easily my second favorite KP album behind Heavy Mental.EichTurner wrote:there's 41 tracks? lol. glad to hear this is good i listened to cappadonna's last week, gotta check this out..

i'd be surprised if this isn't in the conversation for top 5 albums of the year when its all said and done

Must be some dope shit then. Still though, isn't 41 tracks too much?Brayden wrote:Yep its 41 tracks and most are bangers. Re: Killah Priest - The Park
It is a bit much and there are a few filler tracks. Still, the overwhelming majority of them are dope and each disc can stand strongly on its own. My main worry about a KP album is the beats and mastering, and both are on point here.Kace wrote:Must be some dope shit then. Still though, isn't 41 tracks too much?
